Sir Richard Branson of Virgin Group, famously said “If you look after your staff well, they will look after your customers. Simple.” I was reminded of this last weekend, when I came across a white paper entitled ‘Employee Satisfaction & Customer Satisfaction: Is there a Relationship?’ by Caterina C. Bulgarella. It got me thinking about the field of ‘People Transformation’ as a business and why it’s still so important to me.

The figures are staggering. At any one time, one in six members of the population in England aged 16 to 64 has a mental health problem. It’s estimated that absence due to mental health costs the UK economy around £34.9 billion per year.

As a result of my last lockdown activities I am now doing a Yoga Teacher Training Course for Teaching Children…now that’s what I call diversification!

Currently in lockdown in France for nearly a week now. We can only leave the house with a special permit, and only then to go to the hospital, pharmacy, supermarket and to work.
